I'm getting the error, "The requested URL was rejected," what should I do?

Occasionally, when attempting to view a full-text article, the screen may display a white page with the following text:

The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

Your support ID is: 123456789

The support ID will be different every time.

You can try deleting cookies in your browser to possibly resolve the problem. Instructions for deleting your cookies can be found here. Instructions will vary depending on the web browser you are using. 

If this does not resolve the issue, then a ticket needs to be opened with IT. You'll need to include the Support ID number and the website you were trying to visit.
