I cannot access a journal, book or database from the library, what should I do?
The library purchases licenses to thousands of journals, books, and databases. We are grateful to have your help identifying problems with access when they arise.
Please let us know if you are unable to access any of our resources online (e.g. a broken link, a page asks for payment) by submitting a ticket.
If there is a problem with a particular journal that we cannot fix immediately, you can request any desired articles via our Document Delivery Service.
